Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable School Bus Driver to transport Head Start students to and from Head Start centers following a scheduled route and ensuring their safety. The School Bus Driver's responsibilities include ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, observing safety and traffic rules, and maintaining order among Head Start students while they are on the bus with the assistance of a bus monitor. As a minimum requirement, an Bus Driver applicant must have a high school diploma or GED and a current in-state Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with School Bus and Passenger endorsement and/or other criteria specifically required by the state. Applicants who are able to complete these requirements within a reasonable time after hire may also be considered. Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
$15.75 with CDL or other credentials in Progress
$16.97 with CDL
