Salary Range: $ 26.36- $ 27.55

Pay rate: $2,203.62 Biweekly

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, M - F, 42 weeks per year

Location:  Leonardtown, MD

We are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Head Start centers and ensure that local, state, and federal childcare requirements are met. The responsibilities of the Supervisor include communicating with parents, the community, and supervision and monitoring of all Head Start staff working at the assigned center(s). As a minimum requirement, applicant must be 21 years or older, have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related with a minimum of 15 ECE credits with at least two years of experience working with young children and preschoolers in an early childhood setting or a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field and completed 2 years experience primarily with preschoolers. One year supervisory preferred. Some experience in financial management and budgeting preferred. Previous Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.
