Families can apply online or through county offices serving Cass, Howard, and Miami Counties.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov\/fssa\/dfr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.in.gov\/fssa\/dfr\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Area Five Agency on Aging &amp; Community Services &#8211; Multi\u2011County Support<\/strong><br \/>\nA state\u2011partnered community action agency offering nutrition programs, energy assistance (LIHEAP), family services, senior services, and resource navigation across Cass, Howard, and Miami Counties. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.areafive.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.areafive.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Indiana Health Centers (Cass &amp; Miami Counties)<\/strong><br \/>\nFederally Qualified Health Centers offer medical, dental, and behavioral health services with sliding\u2011fee support.
